Shipping policy

Processing Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States via standard shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or similar).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if selected)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Mari Makes Magic LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mari Makes Magic LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


Custom & Handmade Items
Because all items are custom-made, slight variations may occur. This makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
